By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

The site describes who we are and what we build. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Services such as the Health Plan Fee & Compensation Review are provided only under a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms wherever the two differ.

Content on the site is general information. It is not legal, fiduciary, ERISA, tax, customs, financial or medical advice, and it does not create a professional relationship.

VVIDAI does not act as a fiduciary of any plan or person. Conclusions and decisions remain yours and your advisers’. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional.

Our descriptions of artificial intelligence products explain what they are designed to do. Output from AI systems can be wrong and needs human review before anyone relies on it. We do not promise any particular result.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• access or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to reach;
• probe, scan or test the site’s security without our written permission;
• bypass rate limits or other protections;
• scrape or crawl the site in a way that burdens it;
• upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the site;
• send other people’s personal data without a legal basis to do so.

If you find a security issue, please report it to contact@vvidai.io. We welcome good-faith reports.

When you send us information through the form or by email, you confirm that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential information belonging to others or protected health information (PHI). We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site and its content, including the VVIDAI and Leviqa names and logos, belong to VVIDAI, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view the site for your personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep the content correct and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated.

To the extent the law allows, VVIDAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, such as the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code or consumer protection law in the European Union. These terms contain no compulsory arbitration clause (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 51, VII).

If you use the site in breach of these terms, you agree to compensate VVIDAI for the losses and reasonable costs that the breach causes us, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Delaware.

This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live, including your right to bring a claim in your home courts where that law grants it (for example, Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 101, I).

• Changes: we may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and material changes will carry a prominent notice on this page. Changes apply from that date onward.
• Severability: if a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest of these terms remains in effect.
• Entire agreement: these terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about your use of the site. A separate written agreement for a service prevails for that service.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.

These terms are written in English and translated for convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
